Field Inspections (Xebia’s Insurance Suite)

Overview

"Field Inspections" is one of the many applications offered as part of Xebia’s Connected Claims Insurance Suite. Each of the applications in the suite can be deployed independently or in combination with other applications as per the business requirements.

This application tries to address the following challenges:

  • Insurance companies often need to rely on external insurance agencies managed by in-house quality controls, thus creating a significant communication gap between insurance companies and external agencies.
  • Disconnected and separate systems put the information captured as part of intake and settlement in a separate application, and inspection as a separate application, reducing the overall visibility.

  • With different HRMS systems this creates issues with limited visibility of any planned or unplanned leaves, resulting in already scheduled inspections at risk and thus impacting customer experience.
  • Inspections are many times assigned to inspectors who either don't have the right skills to work on or are not ideal based on location. Therefore, it not only causes delays but also impacts your customer experience.
