I'm not sure why this is just occurring to me to ask, but is there some reference explaining the difference between "Start Node(s)" and "Restart Node(s)"? Is one or the other of them ineffective when trying to launch a node when instances are in different states, etc? They both have the exact same parameters and no particular description, and the plug-in download does not contain any particular documentation.

My use case is simply that I'm trying to bulk-terminate a bunch of instances at once in my TEST environment (i do NOT want to "cancel" or "delete" them, so the tools available in the /design process monitor are unhelpful to me at the moment) - but it leaves me unsure which of these I should use (or if it makes any particular difference).

We are exploring out Grid+ and have a requirement for entering Country, State in 2 columns.

I want the user to select Country first and then the State dropdown to show the state values based on the selected country (on a particular row).

As per the current configuration, it seems this functionality cannot be achieved. Is it possible or something which can be improved within the plugin?

Hi There,

I was able to successfully import the application, however, I am getting the following error when I run the process model,

"An error occurred while evaluating expression: allLastLogins:union( rule!LA_mostRecentLogin(), rule!LA_usersNoLoginLast30Days() ) (Expression evaluation error at function 'union': Invalid types, can only act on data of the same type (Any Type, cf2e737e-968a-44f1-84c8-5425f20663f3)) (Data Outputs)"

Could you please guide me with the next steps?

Thanks Mike for the suggestions. I checked the log. It contains the following:

ERROR com.appiancs.msgraphmail.MSGraphDBHandler - Error writing mail to database
java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: (conn=58270) Unknown column 'CONVERSATION_ID' in 'INSERT INTO'

My table did not contain that field.  
I looked at the unzipped file and saw that there is a Version 4.3.0 Add-on Database Scripts folder that I previously ignored.
I did not see anything in the Deployment instructions about the new columns, plus we skipped a few versions. 
I ran the sql in that folder and re-ran the process without any errors.

We are using [Deprecated] Export SQL to Flat File smart service and we recently updated the plugin version to 2.10.0. We tested it is working fine as expected. Do we know if we can continue using this smart service?

Hello. We just upgraded the plugin to v4.4.0 and we also upgraded to Appian 25.4. When running the poller, it cannot write to the database. I did not update the node in the process. It still points to jdbc/Appian just as it did before the latest version. Any ideas?

We have found 2 accessibility concerns with this plugin. Would it be possible to get a bug fix for these issues?

1. The default color value for background text (yellow) does not meet contrast requirements.

2. The table feature does not appear to be keyboard accessible. You are able to tab to and select the icon (using 'Enter' key) but there doesn't seem to be a way to navigate to selecting columns/rows and actually inserting the table using the keyboard.

Hi,

We are currently using your plugin in an Appian environment and have encountered an issue after upgrading to Appian 26.3.

According to your documentation, the color property accepts the following values:

ACCENT, SECONDARY, POSITIVE, NEGATIVE
or any valid 3- or 6-digit hexadecimal color code (with '#' prefix)

In our previous version (25.4), we were successfully using hexadecimal color values without any issues. However, after upgrading to 26.3, the interface now throws a validation error indicating that only the named values (ACCENT, SECONDARY, POSITIVE, NEGATIVE) are allowed.

Appian Support has confirmed that this is not a platform limitation, as native components in 26.3 still support hexadecimal color values. Therefore, it seems this behavior is coming from the plugin itself.

Could you please confirm:

Whether this is a known issue
If there is an updated version of the plugin compatible with Appian 26.3
Or if there is any workaround to continue using hexadecimal color values

This is impacting our upcoming upgrade plans, so we would really appreciate your guidance.

Is it possible to set to "Div" by default instead of "Paragraph"? When we press enter, an extra space is taken. Only in Div setting, it shows proper.

Please help if any possible solution?

Why it's suddenly stopped working with Appian version 26.3? Can you please look into it or let me know if any changes are required.
