Empty Document Names for Email Attachments Without Subject

Problem Description:

When processing emails with attachments that have no name or subject (e.g., draft emails without a subject line attached to another email), the MS Graph Mail Poller plugin would import in appian the attachment documents with empty names. This is incoherent with out of the box Smart Service Edit Document Properties that does not allow to edit a document with an empty name.

Scenario to Reproduce:

Create a draft email without a subject
Drag and drop that draft email as an attachment to another email
Send the email to a mailbox monitored by the plugin
The plugin will create a document with an empty name

Suggestion of improvement:

Attachments without names should be stored with sequential naming (`Untitled_1`, `Untitled_2`, etc.), preventing NullPointerException and empty document names in Appian. Logic to be applied to both regular and digitally signed (S/MIME) email processing paths.

When editing a document, a banner now appears above the document viewer indicating that changes will sync to Appian approximately every 2 minutes and the user will have to refresh the page to view the latest document.
If the document viewer tab is closed while the editor is open, the editor now presents a choice to either keep editing (with a warning that the Appian session will no longer be automatically extended) or close the editor.
If the user renames a document, the browser tab will now be updated with the latest document name (requires helper plug-in 1.0.6 or above)

I don't see any documentation here or much information within the plug-in about the required data format, so I'll specify it here for those looking (including myself in the future once I forget this again)...

The plug-in expects a JSON string resulting from an array of dictionaries. Seemingly anything else will produce a hard-to-understand error. The property names of the dictionary entries will become the column names when the "header" option is enabled.

e.g.

Hello,

The new version of this plugin now contains a timeout but there are cases where it still fails and the conversion thread does not appear to be terminated correctly when the timeout is reached and continues running indefinitely blocking the engine. Unblocking the thread can be solved only with the restart of the application server.

Could you please check this issue?

Version 2.10.0 introduces a breaking change which impacts processes using the smart service "Import CSV to Database" where the data source is external. CSV Imports fail with the error: "Error Executing SQL", which works fine in version 2.9.0. Requesting clarification if a resolution is known for this issue or if this would be fixed in an upcoming release.
