Hi team,

We are trying Data Generation App and have come across the below error.

Database - SQL Server

Also , Is the tool compatible with SQL Server ?

There are system Stored procedures used in the tool like (sp_MSforeachtable and dependent SPs) that are not available in SQL Server built-ins. So, we created custom SP. When running the Data Generation smart service got above error .

Do you have any advice on how to resolve this error?

Hi Michael,
When running the SQL Script for MariaDB to create the tables/procedures we are seeing the following error message:

SQL Error [1064] [42000]: (conn=1263934) You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MariaDB server version for the right syntax to use near 'SET AUTOCOMMIT = 0;
START TRANSACTION;
SET time_zone = "+00:00";

DELIMIT...' at line 2

Error position: line: 1

Any advice or hint how to fix, or with which version of MariaDB the script is compatible with?

Hi team,

We are utilising the Data Generation App and have come across the below error when selecting 'BUSINESS - ID Next Value - Fill with the next available primary key.

No enum constant com.appiancorp.ps.plugins.datageneration.generators.GeneratorType.IDNEXT

Do you have any advice on how to resolve this error?

I have just installed the Data Generation app and wanted to let others know of an issue I managed to get around. We are running with GB locale, and I think anyone else wih this locale will have the same issue I had. Two of the Process Models in the zip were invalid and prevented the import completing. The names for process models with guids 0002e471-1998-8000-fd81-024d98024d98 and 0002e982-5049-8000-418b-014d98014d98 were empty for GB locale. I edited the xml files and copied the US locale names into the empty <value> tags for GB, updated the zip, and it then imported successfully.

Hello I've been having issues here where it cannot get the tables any idea on how to fix it? I've also added the two procedure DG_GetTableColumns and DG_GetTable

...
