Hi, I am trying to set up this connected system but i am getting an error message stating Unable to retrieve document URL from connected system below rich text field.

Hi,

When I try to convert svg to png this error appears and I cannot access the file for download. How can I resolve this error?

Hi,

We are getting a health check medium issue that this plugin is using decprected API ("Appian Connected System - Rich Text Editor (com.appian.richtext.csp) references deprecated Appian APIs
[deprecated] com.appiancorp.suiteapi.common.ServiceLocator.getContentService(com.appiancorp.services.ServiceContext)")

Can you please let us know when this issue will be addressed ?

Does this work in cloud? I was able to install in cloud site, but upload fails. What is the format for user in the connected system config?
