We recently migrated our environment from the legacy EC2-based infrastructure to Kubernetes. Following the migration this plugin has stooped working, component is not loading it is just showing blank UI. Has anyone faced the same issue?

Update the readOnly behavior to make the rendered HTML inert thereby disabling all interactions in the content.

Hi,

We are experiencing a issue while uploading images from mobile using this plugin. Some time it loading on upload or not rendering image entirely. For web, it is working fine. Any help or suggestions please?

Hi,

We have implemented this component for a client.

They are experiencing an issue where the cursor keeps jumping back / repositioning itself while typing in the rich text field.

Could this be due to refreshing variables? I tried using locals to save the text instead and its still jumping around

Would you be able to provide some insight into the cause please?

Updated the component to avoid file uploads that are not supported but have modified extensions that mimic supported ones.
Fixed issue where the image uploads successfully but still the component throws an error.

Emoticons and Date/Time options are disappearing when we change the Height from "Auto" to any other (Short,Medium,Tall). Could you please assist us with this?

We've detected the plugin is trying to use a file in /richTextEditorField/v1/skins/content/default/content.css which doesn't exist. It's not impacting usability at the moment but it is quite noisy in terms of gateway and console errors. Anything you can do to resolve this would be great.

Could we make this limit configurable instead of having it hard-coded to 10,000? We have a requirement where the maximum size needs to be up to 25,000 characters. Would it be possible to update the plugin to allow for this larger default limit?

Hi,

First, thank you for this resource, it's being very useful for our requirements.

The component is performing mandatory field validation before entering a value. Appian components don't behave the same.

We are experiencing an issue where the image is not appearing in the interface object. Could you please assist us with this?

We have attached a screenshot of the error for your reference.

The issue only occurs in incognito mode, while the expected behavior is displayed in a normal browser session. Could you help us understand why this is happening?

Hi,

I am using this component as a data field in my document generation.
At times, when I'm entering value on the field, the typing cursor jumps to the beginning while I am typing.

I thought it was because of refreshing variables or rule input, but When I conducted a test with just the component saving on a plain local variable. It still jumped.

What do you think causes this?

Hi all,

It looks there is a conflict between the plugin and the starProcessLink when we have a huge base64, resulting in 403 Access Denied. In the site the error happens immediately when trying to open an interface. If we don't have startProcessLinks we don't have the error.

Can anyone help us with this error? I have a video to explain the situation.
