hello, we had a version upgrade and changed the text to extra long text or long text. my grid reports stopped showing data after this change, is there a way we can fix this

hi,

I been exploring End user reporting plugin the lower environments, While working in UAT, I came to know that record types configuration needs to be done in dev and then pushed to UAT.

My question is ,will the plugin allow the EUR admins to configure the record types in Production environment, instead of pushing from lower environments.

Documentation says that we have to configure the records from scratch in prod.

The export to Excel and CSV functionality is not working when the report column has multiple values, is there any fix to this? we are facing this issue with appian 24.3 version.

hi, While trying a add a configure a record , I get this error, any idea what is causing this error ?

Also, if I upload another package of the same application, will it override the existing one ?

Hi all,

Facing the below error while deploying the application in 24.1 platform.

processModel 0002e68a-d619-8000-6684-014d98014d98 "": An error occurred while creating processModel [uuid=0002e68a-d619-8000-6684-014d98014d98]: com.appiancorp.process.validation.ValidationException: Process Model is not valid. The process model must have a valid name in the site primary language: English (GB).

Has anyone faced this issue recently. If so, let me know the steps to resolve or the workaround for this

Getting this error while configuring the Reporting Record Types:

Expression evaluation error [evaluation ID = 9a9ac:efa54] in rule 'eur_configurerecordtypes' at function a!forEach [line 190]: An error occurred while executing a save: java.lang.ClassCastException: class com.appiancorp.core.expr.portable.Value cannot be cast to class com.appiancorp.core.data.Variant (com.appiancorp.core.expr.portable.Value and com.appiancorp.core.data.Variant are in unnamed module of loader com.appiancorp.tomcat.loader.AppianWebappClassLoader @67207d8a).

Anyone faced anything like this before?

Hi,
Can anyone please provide a hint what to put into the properties file for the
## Constant: EUR_APPLICATION_OPTIONS
## Type: Text (Array)

## Multiple values can be specified. Use a semicolon between each value.

There is nothing in the documentation mentioned to put in there. Maybe it is mentioned in the application, but it is not
possible to import it without the proper settings.

Howdy all, I am seeing the following error in all environments when i try to configure reporting records. I click on Add Reporting Record and see the following error:

Is there a workaround for this? I know Michael Chirlin alluded to a 23.2 platform bug that could be the cause of this issue. Should we open a support case perhaps?

I'm installed this app from scratch, it's the latest one. When I'm trying to add recordt types using "UPLOAD SYSTEM RECORD TYPES" the process model in charge is throwing an error:

The variable has the document list from recordtypes zip

hi Micheal,

I am installing the EUR app and have successfully imported the sql scripts and application package in the <new> folder but when importing the <upgrade> application "1.4.0 to 1.5.0.zip", I am getting the below inspect error. Would you please check whether the sequence to be imported in the <upgrade> folder is in correct order to proceed. Can I skip the inspect error to proceed importing the application zip in sequence as in the <upgrade> folder?.

If not, can you please share the latest full application package, db scripts & custom properties which includes all the upgrades for the new package installation. Please advise. Thanks
