I'm unable to use the UI Component of this plugin. The "Send" button is just a circle that spins and there is a small error shown by two red brackets at the bottom of the component. Shown Below.

Hi,

We have implemented this feature successfully in production. We have increased the Heap Max for app server by 1GB on beforehand.

The feature works, however, it continues to show 'Processing Documents' as a user-textballoon together with a loading circle. Even while that remains, the feature is usable.

Is there anything we can do about this?

The AI Knowledge Assistant does not work with the "Appian" mobile app on an iPhone. It just spins and does not allow you to type anything.

It does work from a browser, it just does not work from the mobile app.

I am using v3.1.3 with Vector DB v3.2.2 and Appian 24.2

The chat response from AI does not display properly.

When the problem occurs, you can see the background color of the response does not match the chat background. The text display in solid white background like a white box without borders. In addition, the text does not properly wrap. Instead, a horizontal slider bar is displayed under the white box.

Hi!

We are enjoying the plug-in a lot. However, with version 3.1.3 we're having issues with the streaming function. We're running Appian version 23.2 and version 3.2.2. of the Document Vector Database plug-in. We also make use of the Azure OpenAI Services, GPT 3.5 16k. We made sure to not check the Disable Stream Response checkbox in the connected system.

It shows the moving dots for a split second and then it switches to this "rectangle":

Before showing the final answer in 1 go. Is this a known problem or can you help us?
