Hi, we detected that 'Delete Process Model Version' is not working in Appian v25.2 but the deprecated Smart Service does. We are using Process Model Utiities v3.2.1

Something in the download is getting it blocked by my network security. I don't have trouble with most plugins like PDF Tools, etc.

Hello everyone,
I have used the plugin, specifically the PMAlertsRecipientsSetter smart service. The process worked brilliantly, but there is an issue.

After running the smartservice, the process model involved remains in editing mode. Since I need to run the smart service for a large number of process models, I’m worried that all processes might stay in editing mode.

What can be done to resolve this?

And I checked below KB and it says that, issue resolved in 18.3.

Hi, I am trying to import this jar and it shows the error below. My Appian version is 23.4. Can anyone face the same issue ? any steps to resolve this error?

The uploaded file is invalid (APNX-1-4268-003)

I have observed the smart service "Find Archived Processes by Date & PM UUID v2" does not work correctly. This may be due to the latest update.

Hi - I'm trying to use this plug in to help clean up our environment by removing really old and excessive volumes of Process Model versions. We're on 23.4 and the Plug In version is 3.1.4 but when invoking the smart service I'm getting this in the logs after a couple of minutes of execution.

Is there a help guide around what the inputs to the Smart Service are ?

Keep Versions is mandatory,

Oldest Age is optional

Process Model Ids is a mandatory array.

Any suggestions / help would be very much appreciated.

Is there any update on the support of this plugin to the recent version 23.4. I came across this plugin is not working for recent version which is 23.4.

I have seen this plugin delete all versions for multiple process models for multiple customers when used in the environment cleanup app. The environment cleanup app has specific safeguards in place to prevent all version from being deleted so it seems like there is an issue with the plugin itself. Has this been seen before?

Hi all,
I've just upgraded to 3.1.3 and having an issue with the cancel process smart service v2 node.
As input I'm providing
cancel Async Subs : True
dry run : True
processId's :tointeger(pv!processIDs)

where processIDs are an array (orignally text) of 268572139; 268572141

Ouputs are the defaults mapped to pv! as usual.

However at run time the node is failing with the following message :
