luiss1 i would like to suggest 2 things:

1) For Forum Online courses, as you already have the forum access, so if the Appian Academy is not accessible for you then try checking with your Admin, if didn't not work, then try raising the support ticket to Appian on this concern

2) For doing practice, make sure that your account is not of type Basic User, because as a basic user, you won't have access to Design, so your admin has to give you design access and the user must be non-Basic

Your admin has to give your users design access. Then just visit /suite/design as a user with designer access. Read more here: docs.appian.com/.../Application_Designer.html

What version of Appian do you have?
