It's actually an on-premise installation.
So I'll roll back to previous credentials, export my applications, install again Appian with a clean Primary DS and new DB credentials, finally import again my stuff.
I didn't thought that changing DB credentials would breaks the Appian instance.

As per my understanding, if it's a cloud then it's better to raise a support ticket to Appian, but if it's your locals server then rolling back the changes will be best and safe choice

That solution expect a fresh install and an empty Primary Database, which I would like to avoid... since I want to preserve data.

What would happen if I wipe out the Primary DS? Will I lose everything?

Thanks Alok, but that post is referring to KB-1048 which is not exactly covering my issue.
Should I update (not sure how...) the appian.keystore password? Replace CFG keystore's value? Anything else?
