hi! i have similar question to gopis and i did exactly what u suggested but it didnt work for me. in outlook, i am not able to see the sender's name appended beside my email. details of my question is here community.appian.com/.../83421

I believe you want to set conf.mailhandler.ntf_sndr_addr and conf.mailhandler.ntf_sndr_name in custom.properties.

Hi sagarl511 . I believe the custom sender would be configured only on the send email nodes, but we need this change to be applied on the Appian default notifications as well. Please advise! Thanks!

There is possible way provided in Appian to create a custom sender as mentioned in below url -
