harshav , Have you copied the licence file(K3.lic) ?

Please attach the service_manager.log available under <APPIAN_HOME>/logs/

Recommendations:

1. Restart OS.
2. Try restarting engines. If it fails, check java jdk version you are using and compare it with what is being given under system requirements for that appian version in forum.
3. Re install appian and apply latest hotfix

If all your prerequisite systems are available then you can start or stop the Appian. If you have forum access/credentials please watch the video under Administrator menu. I hope it will be helpful.

My Engines itself are not started. So how can I restart. :)

I think it is better to stop the Appian & start it again and check once. Basically it is taking nearly 20 minutes to start all related engines

I have followed all the steps and I first forgot the service manager password step then I did it again deployed it and validated it post that.
