 Would like to know if there is a way to delete posts under a specific feed after a certain duration.Also how long this data will be held in server memory??

&lt;p&gt;He can delete those posts which are posted by him(if there are no comments associated with this feed) only.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Whereas if a user is of type System Administrator then he can manage any posts (irrespective of who has posted that)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;For best example demonstration, create a basic user , login using that user and post a feed in tempo manually. Now you can find delete option applicable for the post which you have posted.&lt;/p&gt;

And based on the data retention settings other users can delete news entries and social tasks as long as they authored it and no one else commented on it&lt;br /&gt;

It&amp;#39;s all depending on the Admin, how long he want to preserve the data. And if I am not wrong, these data will be stored into Primary Data store of Appian.&lt;br /&gt;
