It looks like overall it&#39;s a 3-step process: <a href="https://forum.appian.com/suite/help/7.7/Migration_Guide.html" target="_blank">7.2 to 7.7</a>, <a href="https://forum.appian.com/suite/help/16.2/Upgrade_Guide.html" target="_blank">7.7 to 16.2</a>, and then <a href="https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/17.3/Upgrade_Guide.html" target="_blank">16.2 to 17.3</a>. So when you read 16.2 the latest means 16.2.<br /> I would recommend you to upgrade your environment in two steps- 7.2-16.2 and 16.2-17.3<br /> Hope it helps!<div style="clear:both;"></div>
