Hi,

In the following link there is additional information about customization:
forum.appian.com/.../Custom_Configurations.html

Just had to create the file "locale-config-custom.xml" with the pt_PT tag and create the pt_PT properties files in appian subfolders.

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="no"?>
<locales>
<locale-code>pt_PT</locale-code>
</locales>

No. I also checked with my admin team, they are also helpless as they did not faced this kind of scenario till now.

Thank you for the support. I've entered in the link you gave me (also been there before creating this discussion) but I can't find how to install a new language in Appian. Am I missing something?

Please have a look at this page link docs.appian.com/.../Internationalization_Settings.html. I am not sure installation of new language.

You can use the Internationalization Settings for this, more info @ forum.appian.com/.../Internationalization_Settings.html
