Hi saurav,

I believe it is server issue ,do one thing can you verify your URL(Your trying to use to access tabs) under custom.properties-->General-->conf.suite.SERVER_AND_PORT,
If you dint found any URL under conf.suite.SERVER_AND_PORT,You should give your url up to port number.

Verify that the URL you are trying to use to access tempo/designer matches this property conf.suite.SERVER_AND_PORT in custom.properties

Please try to clear browser cache.
If possible please check all the Appian engines, search server are working fine or not
