Please double check if the following lines in /<appian_home>/ear/suite.ear/web.war/WEB-INF/web.xml is commented-out:

<tracking-mode>COOKIE</tracking-mode>

Hi pankaj ,

Can you attach the server.log from <JBOSS_HOME>\standalone\log?
And Can you check any missing .jar files in your suite.ear\lib directory.
