Do let us know what happens.

Just a prerequisite check:
You simply need to rename "suite.ear.failed" to "suite.ear.dodeploy" Example Path: "C:\appian18.1\appian\ear"
and also delete "appian-mysql-ds.xml.undeployed" or "appian-mysql-ds.xml.failed" Example Path: "C:\appian18.1\appian\bin\jboss\jboss-eap-6.4\standalone\deployments"
And then restart the Jboss server.

I think the same and I will try and will let you people know about it and I deployment things again and there are no issues while deploying also services are running properly its just the jboss which is not running

Also I have installed appian 18.1 on my local machine and now I want to move that to desktop so can I just move the folder from one system to another and that will work or do I need to install everything once again?

Yes i just got an temp lic today for this week still not working
do you think this is the lic issue?

Apply for a temp license again and then move on to a permanent license.
