In addition to Justin Watts (justinw59) 's response. Please make sure that you are not using Appian's default Administrator account.

Because the default administrator will have full access to System Admin access except /admin access

Hi Alok, I think @Justin Watts is correct. You can check that one. What is the error that you see on the screen when user is accessing /admin on web page? This information will be needed to drill down the issue.

Are you sure your user is a System Administrator type? Based on the description it sounds like the user is just a Basic user in the Designer group.

I would start by double checking this by running this rule: isusersystemadministrator(loggedInUser())

If that returns false, then you'll either need another System Admin to update your account, or create a new Sys Admin.

May be You will need to create a new system administrator account from the People tab in /suite/designer.
