(1) I am not aware of an OOTB way to 'kill' a user's session, other than deactivating that user
(2) Is the user session actually active. Just because they are showing in the admin console, doesn't mean they are active. Is there a business need to end their session for them? What is the date/time of last activity? That might be a better gauge.

The Default session Time out should kill the current User Activity. Not sure why it is not killing your session Can you check the Default session time out setting?

Hi MatD61,

Through Admin console only you can kill the active user, But if the user is having any current running instances in the application, it can be manually deleted in monitoring tab,by selecting the particular instance.

Hi Mat,

AFAIK, user activity in the admin console is automatically shown by Appian. Not sure if we have any options to kill user sessions.

By adding the terminate node event in running instance u can kill the session.
