(2) Is the user session actually active. Just because they are showing in the admin console, doesn&amp;#39;t mean they are active. Is there a business need to end their session for them? What is the date/time of last activity?                Through Admin console only you can kill the active user, But if the user is having any current running instances in the application, it can be manually deleted in monitoring tab,by selecting the particular instance.&lt;br /&gt;

AFAIK, user activity in the admin console is automatically shown by Appian.
