Hi Shakilah,

From version 18.3 onward, Appian no longer uses a separate application server. Appian now includes a pre-configured version of Tomcat, which takes over the responsibilities that were previously handled by JBoss or WebLogic instances.

I would like to confirm whether we can able to connect with Jboss / weblogic other than default by Appian

Hi,
May I know the reason why you are specifically looking for JBOss ? In 18.3 Appian is no longer using external applications server like Weblogic or JBoss

As per documentation jboss server is no more available from 18.3
