Did you check the application server logs? Try restarting only the application server. Stop the tomcat&lt;br /&gt;2. Delete the content in the &amp;lt;APPIAN_HOME&amp;gt;\tomcat\apache-tomcat\work\Catalina\localhost\ &lt;br /&gt;3. Start again the tomcat&lt;br /&gt;4. Login to the tempo&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Now you should able to see the tabs and Icons.&lt;/p&gt;
