I assume that it has exceeded the limit it has been allocated and it is limit+600 MB.
If that so what is the limit or what is the exact way to find the size of

RE: Negative sizing in knowledge Center Properties

I tried this approach, It took time to calculate the time remaining. and I feel there could be easier way to get that. Can you check what is the size of the KC using knowledgecenter(<KC Id>,"size"), i belive this will result the size in bytes and you need to divide it by 1024*1024 to get in MB

RE: Negative sizing in knowledge Center Properties

As mentioned before, you can figure out the size of the folder by adding up the sizes of the items in the folder. Another option would be to download the knowledge center, and then simply see how large your downloaded file is when uncompressed.

RE: Negative sizing in knowledge Center Properties

Eliot, Thanks for the response.
At that point, the number isn't necessarily telling you anything conclusive about the size of the folder. However, you could still figure out the size of the folder by adding up the size of its contents.
