It is due to the "Session time out Policy", which is enabled by Azure VM itself. Thus we changed this policy to "No session timeout Policy", through Terminal Services, in which Active Directory Team will have access.

Okay, but I have Installed application with administrator access. Even though Application is getting terminated after disconnected from VM (provided with limited time of session availability like 20 minutes). Yes, I will try with your inputs, will get back to you.

Processes will get terminated if they are associated with the user account which gets logged off the server. A service runs in the background, even if no-one is signed on to the machine. Let me know if this helps.
