Thanks Marco, Is it possible for a customer to deploy Appian in 3 AZs just like Appian Cloud does to assure HA? If not, what is the best deployment topology that we can leverage for HA in AWS?

Niyaz,

The standard HA configuration in Appian Cloud uses three nodes as you reference. The load is then automatically distributed across the different resources available to the system.

It's unclear what's the problem you're facing and trying to solve. Could you please provide more information about it?
