We are following with them, but that is something not directly in our control. Best thing would be if we can find some way to manage this in Appian.

If you are using SAML authentication, And when the user tries to access your Appian site, the identity provider can redirect the user to a consent screen before landing the user into the Appian site. So in this case this needs to addressed by the IDP.

yes, you are right that's only available if we use Appian's native authentication. In our case we are using some other authentication.

Hi Atuls,

Please try to use the terms of service option available in Admin console. But I believe its applicable only of you use Appian's native authentication.
