Is it possible for a Single Sign-On user to access offline functionality in Mobile? Appian mobile app is not letting the SSO user to login, but it's working good as a Appian Native User.

RE: Offline functionality with Single sign-on user

Hi Robert,

Thanks for your help, but I didn't get chance to test this with clients yet.
Users who authenticate via SAML authentication cannot use Appian's Remember Me authentication and must rely on the SAML identity provider to manage when they need to re-authenticate.

Support for mobile authentication depends on the identity provider. Some mechanisms for authenticating with an identity provider (e.g., Kerberos) do not support mobile Web sign-in.

https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/20.1/Authentication.html#saml-authentication

This suggests that SSO users will need to be able to reach the IdP in order to log in. If you're using SAML for SSO.
