Appian Support are the experts in kdb mirgration as well as on-premises to cloud migration.
I'd recommend opening a ticket with support as suggested by ericg329

Thanks for the reply, we are not sure about the KDB's size. We are trying to transfer all (documents,data,plugins) migration from on-premise to cloud. Is there any standard procedure available to make these type of activities? I don't find any leads on documentation or in community.

You should open a support case to work with the cloud team directly. They will be able to help coordinate the best method to get the data to your cloud environment.

Do you know what size your KDBs are? Have you accounted for document migration, data migration, plugins deployment, and any other configurations you may have in your on-prem environment?
