We had another process that for data protection purposes was making not visible all inactive users.

When a user was reactivated, the security remained as not visible. We will modify our scheduled process to fix this.

We just solved this problem. Another scheduled process had modified the visibility of the user.

juergeng393 I am unable to find the option Default User Profile Visibility in the user profile which was mentioned in the documentation. Curious to know if you are able to see.

The role map is set as "Administrator" for a testing basic user and the testing user cant see all the members of the group.

Maybe the role map at user level is set differently for the users which can't be seen. Please see documentation: https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/20.2/User_Profile_Visibility.html
