I edited the sign-in page links on 3 separate environments (one of which being my CE site) almost 2 days ago now, and none of those changes have shown up yet. I think I'll open a support case of my own actually.

I took a look and saw that someone else recently reported a similar issue that the changes to the links were taking up to 24 hours to show to the sign in page. I'd recommend creating a support ticket and linking this thread.

I'm testing this myself and across 3 separate environments (including my community edition site), I can't get any changes to the "sign-in page links" configuration to actually appar on the sign-in page - regardless of whether it's adding a new link, making a slight tweak to the label or URL of an existing link, or re-ordering existing links.

This leads me to think the Admin Console functionality might actually currently be broken (as in, changes can be made and saved, but for some reason, are never reflected on the actual sign-in page). If there's something different at play here then I'm really out of ideas. Peter Lewis any chance this is a known issue with 22.2 / 22.3?

I added another link in addition to the help link but both of them are still not visible. I will get in touch with Appian. Thank you for the advice.

When the sign-in page link is set up properly (and, just in case, don't forget to press "Save Changes" in the Admin console), the link will show up immediately below the "Forgot your password?" link on the default username/password entry form. If you're still doing that and not seeing the link appear, then I'd suggest opening a support case with Appian.

I am trying to add a help link to the login screen. But the link isn't showing up on the login screen. What could be the reason?

To clarify, you don't technically lose custom sign-in links, as they still show up as normal on the Native appian login screen (assuming it's even available). The issue as I see it is this puts it somewhere that some people would never see and other people would never know where to look.

Yes getting the SAML to show the sign in links worked fine. The issue is that we loose the ability to have a custom sign-in link when you have saml configured.
