Thanks for all the support guys

I discovered that the email is coming in spam section and my organization has closed email server.
So, if i am sending an email by setting up an external email domain the service is working fine, but my email server is auto rejecting the emails internally.

Hi, Sometimes company's Domain block appian mails once you use custom sender. So try to check with your mail administrator in your company.

1- No email in spam section

2- No error vars, all good there

3- Not checked

few things to try on:

1. check you spam/junk folder

2. check the error output log variables (set within the output tab of the send e-mail node)

3. check server logs

4. If emails are sent out when custom sender is not used, check Pavan's comment under the thread and contact administrator if needed.

The email service is working smoothly if i set it to any other option other than Custom sender.
The issue is only with custom sender.

is it the first you are getting this issue? earlier , were you able to receive email from appian send email node?

The process is ending with the nodes gracefully, so there is no error to investigate on.
Its just that i am not able to receive the email

Take a look here for the configuration and also re-check mail server setup. I would be in a better position to help if you share the issue that your are facing, e.g. error screenshot, issues in mail etc.
