Hi. We were working on a POC.As part of the POC we created a basic user. When i try to login with that created user id using the url oursaasurl/.../ i am getting this error.

That user needs to be in the "Tempo Users" group.

After so long I have heard some business users trying to access Tempo. Tell me if that user is able to access the tempo link directly if you copy and send it to them.
