Please go through the Appian_Cloud_FAQ if you want to do the migration of lower environments, it would be helpful.

It will / should make sense to opt for appian help for production workloads but for lower environments the appian administrators should be able to do. Opting appain support to migrate dev or sit or qa is costly (considering now a days situations around). hence the ask.

I believe if document ids are referred to in tables, post migration the ids would change. Will appian support to update those ids into tables or we have to create an migration application or framework to do those relevant updates ?

Do they also support with the database migration, migrating the running processes, userbase and document migration ?
