(1) Export an application from your environment
(2) Download the .zip file
(3) Open the .zip file (so that you can see the file structure)
(4) Open the folder META_INF
(5) Open the file MANIFEST.MF

The Appian version will be listed in this document (e.g. Appian-Version: 17.4.29.0)

I'd recommend getting in touch with Appian Support to provide you with the version of Appian you are running for your Cloud instance.
