Based on your log trace, you are invoking a rest API

com.appiancorp.rest.shared.AppianExceptionMapper: Internal server error invoking REST API.

And it seems that the error occurs when a mapping is done, I don't know if it is input or output. I don't know if you have defined which integration is failing.

Thanks for the response!

In UAT environment, we have three different applications, in which two applications have Web APIs and Integrations objects were present.

One of the Web API consuming data and creating records in application and another Web API returns the status of particular record.
Integrations using to get some data from third party system and use in Appian UI fields.

Actually, i am trying to understand your question, if possible, you can provide us any sample example or details that might be helpful for me to provide more details here.

Are you exposing a web api or consuming an integration and accessing the components of an array when setting the values to be sent?
