Through process, or through the admin console?</p> <p>If through process, in the Create User smart serivce, set Send Account Creation Email to false.&nbsp;<a id="" href="https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/24.1/Add_User_Smart_Service.html">https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/24.1/Add_User_Smart_Service.html</a></p> <p>If Admin Console, one &quot;trick&quot; that you can use is put in a very complex and randomized value into the password field - if that field has a value, an email won&#39;t be sent.
