We were able to resolve the issue by making 2 changes
1. We also recently installed a new version of MYSQL and had to update the configuration file to :
([mysqld]

binlog_format = 'ROW'
)
.The binlog_format was not set and we did not see the error until are unexpected loss of service.
2. We dropped the DATABASECHANGELOCK table.

Are you saying it was working, then there was an unexpected shutdown, and now it no longer works?

...ng to other solutions on forum: ID=1 , LOCKED=0,LOCKGRANTED=NULL LOCKEDBY=NULL, . Attached is the screenshot of the app server log and the DATABASECHANGELOGLOCK table.

Any help would be greatly appreacated so we can get our environments up ASAP.
