Our instances are already patched with fixes which are not yet publicly available. I guess there will be another hotfix release to include those.

Appian 7.1 currently has Hotfix-A avialable for download. Are you awaiting a second update to resolve your issues? forum.appian.com/.../Hotfixes

I prefer 6.6 -> 6.6.1 -> 7.1 as upgrading from 6.6 to 6.6.1 should be easy. We encountered few issues during 71. upgrade. If you can, wait for for Appian to release a hotfix for 7.1

Go through second option , please make note of the function which deprecated in Appian 6.7.1 and Appian 7.1 from documentation, So that after Upgrading its is easy to identify the changes.

I don't think there is much difference. We have done both for Appian Cloud.
