The error suggests that there is a personalization engine which is in FATAL state. <br />Please follow the below steps:<br />1. Stop jboss service<br />2. Stop search-server<br />3. Stop Appian service<br />4. Start Appian service and check the engine status, wait till all the engines moves to OKAY state<br />5.
