Looking at your logs, I see the error com.mysql.jdbc.exceptions.jdbc4.MySQLSyntaxErrorException: Unknown database &#39;appian_primary&#39; . Please see <a href="https://forum.appian.com/suite/help/16.1/Configuring_Relational_Databases.html">forum.appian.com/.../Configuring_Relational_Databases.html</a> and check that you have configured your RDBMS correctly.<div style="clear:both;"></div>
