Thanks Eduardo for your support , issue was due to the license that we used for 4 CPU's instead of 2 . After doing the hardware configuration change issue got resolved.

You should contact the team who provided you with the license so they can check with Appian where the discrepancy is.

Does that match what the license was issued for?

We just increased RAM on the server

If you added CPUs to the server, you'll need a new license file

We didn't change the hostname

Did you change the hostname? The FQDN of the host must match that of the original host.
