Is it really related to data sources? Because I had problems with jdbc driver but now it should be ok, also appian-mysql-ds.xml seems to be deployed well, indeed there is no appian-mysql-ds.xml.failed file, but only appian-mysql-ds.xml.deployed. Maybe it's not the same issue of david (in case Im sorry for reopening old issue) but if I look at my log file, as well as David one, I can see errors related to missing/unsatisfied dependencies for services like jboss.deployment.subunit."suite.ear"."email-handler.jar" and jboss.deployment.subunit."suite.ear"."jms-process-integration-handler.jar"

stefanom469, If you are also facing the same issue as attached log.. Then its an issue with Data source. check whether your DB is up & running, If every thing looks good then follow the below steps
1) Stop Jboss
2) Rename suite.ear.failed to suite.ear.dodeploy under ear
3) Rename appian-mysql-ds.xml.falied to appian-mysql-ds.xml.dodeploy under jboss deployments folder
4) Start Jboss

I'm experiencing the exact same issure with eap6.4, appian 16.2, did you solved in some way, david?

Jim, thanks - I don't think that is it - I had already done and gone past that when I got this latest error. It appears the email jar files are not deployed - I can see them in the EAR but not in deployment - the error message is:

New missing/unsatisfied dependencies:
service jboss.deployment.subunit."suite.ear"."email-handler.jar".deploymentCompleteService (missing) dependents: [service jboss.deployment.unit."suite.ear".deploymentCompleteService]
