Can you also please check to ensure that the user(s) running the Appian and Apache processes have read and write privileges over the static content?

Additionally, you might have senlinux enabled. Please run "getenforce" and if it says "Enforcing", run "setenforce 0" to disable it.

Hi,
Can you check the user type you are trying to login..If the user is basic, will not have access to design, designer and admin interfaces..
