The correct address to use is without .com
Ex: processmodeluuid<model_uuid>@fwjh.appian.community

Replace 'fwjh' with your respective url

I just removed the .com from the address and able to send the email to the correct process domain.

I was getting error when I was sending email to processmodeluuid<model_uuid>@subdomain.appiancloud.com

When I removed .com it worked
