After initiating the process by emailing 'community@appian.com,' the provisioning of your credentials typically takes about a week. Please be aware that, due to increased demand, there might be occasional delays. Once your environment is ready, you will receive a notification. If you've already made a request and haven't received your credentials, you may consider resending your email to the same address for further assistance

same issue I have faced you have to write a mail to appian telling why do you require the env they will definitely provide you environment.

If this is a business opportunity, I suggest to contact Appian sales and try to push a bit to speed things up.
