They are sunsetting Appian Legacy Environment and we won't be able to use old environment you can check new community videos in youtube channel of Appian Community which are based on new environment !

Unfortunately, it is not possible to get the older CE back.
You can confirm by writing an email to: CommunityEdition@appian.com

I am not sure about the step-by-step exercises, but you can try Tutorials - Appian 24.3 to get familiar with appian.

Is it possible to reverse back to my older CE version that I was on? If it's not possible to reverse, then how does one complete the step by step exercises, especially the Appian Developer App.

The ACME IT Management or fleet management was in the previous versions, we were on individual dedicated environments, but in the latest versions, there is only a single environment based on regions and with very few permissions and visibility. Happy Learning!!
