Hi @rohinip91

As per my understanding, you should consider the following factors while performing the Appian package migration from 17.2 to 18.2:

Go through the release notes of 17.3, 17.4, 18.1 & 18.2 and have a look on the deprecated & removed features/functions/smart services.
Make sure you are not using any one these deprecated / deleted features as in 17.2, and if so then you need to upgrade your code / configuration.
Once after the upgrade, have couple of round of End-to-End testing of every single application in 18.2 environment to make sure that the applications are not impacted.
