Are we asking about integrating Appian with Alteryx? If we are talking about integration it should be straight forward with a web api call in which you would have your endpoints making a post/get call etc... The other way around we can also exposed Appian to an outside service that will thus consume endpoints provided by Appian. Is there something else involved that I am not taking into account?
