When you have an Appian outage, especially if your production environment goes down.. submit a Support Ticket with Appian. Sometimes they are aware of outages in their AZ's and will notify you; but, it's always good to speak with them if you notice it first. Furthermore, the support team generally has more logs than the environment on Cloud platforms. You may also request for other logs / more in depth logs be added to your environments if it makes sense to do so.

RE: Logs other than OOTO

You may also want to enter a support ticket with the cloud team to let you know what kind of tools they are using to alert them to thresholds and what those limits are.
I would also recommend running a health check to give you insight into the processes.

RE: Logs other than OOTO

Hi Kumara, Here is a great link on Appian logging.

forum.appian.com/.../Logging.html

RE: Logs other than OOTO

@kumara778, You may have to look at log4j properties of your instance to see what level of logging is currently enabled and refer to forum.appian.com/.../Customizing_Application_Logging.html for modifying these properties to required level by creating a support ticket .

Hope this helps!!
