Yes I cloud we can't get anything there. Here my configuration:

Batch Size: 1
Document: [blank]
Document Name: now()
Dump Table Prefixes: "accountdetails"
Folder: "Folder Test"
Jndi Name: "Appian"

I've tried creating a test process with just the plugin and above configuration as values.

Ha that error isn't very helpful. Could you screenshot or transcribe what you've configured in the smart service inputs?

Hi coltonb, tried your suggestion but found nothing along with the error of the plugin. I might just missed it, so attached is the logs. Please take a look.

Generally there will be a 'CausedBy' statement in the logs a bit farther down. Could you check and see if there's any specific information below the lines in your screenshot?

Sorry getting back slowly.

Been trying the SQL Dump to Document again and encounter this problem. Managed this to work on our instance but when imported to a different environment I encounter this error.

Interesting. Could you take a look at the logs and see if any more detailed information is present for this error?

Also, try leaving the 'Dump Table Prefixes' field blank. This is how I've configured it in the past. If that doesn't work, try setting the batch size to 1.

Is there any way to back up the whole table of MySql using MySQL Dump to Document. When I did try it, I received this error message.

What I set up is as follows:

Batch Size: 1000

Document Name: date and time

Dump Table Prefixes: ={""} - Indicated on the shared component to export all

Folder: My folder path

Jndi Name: My appian JNDI

I recommend using the MySQL Dump to Document shared component. You can configure a process model to call this plugin's smart service and target the tables and data you want to export to a SQL file.
